As a gold member, you get access to live chat, forums, advanced search, tips, and much more. If you are not a gold member, but receive an email from a gold member, you can reply to it. But you can’t send an email to a gold member if you are not one yourself.
Premium membership only comes at one level. Given the cost of some of the other sites reviewed, it’s in line with them or just slightly less depending on which package you choose.
