Harmonypartners.com was started in 1999 as a free personals supplement to another website. In 2005 it was reveamped and launched as you see it today. It is a pretty basic no-frills site compared to others, but it seems to have its act together. There is no listing of how many members there are, but on one of the visits I made to the site a page listed 56 members and 240 guests online at that point in time.
You will find a quick search on their homepage for guests. Their membership services include but aren’t limited to Instant Messenger and Private Mailboxes for members. Other than that, there isn’t much else listed as a membership benefit. But they claim to review new member profiles and pictures before being approved. This is to help discourage spammers who they claim hit other free dating sites where profiles are not reviewed. So this in its self is a benefit.
The site is pretty basic in its presentation, but it’s also basic in it’s message. Anyone 18 or over can join this free service. They welcome Christians of all ages, but also allow members from other religions. They claim that the majority of their members are Christian, but the name of the site doesn’t mention Christianity so who knows exactly what the mix is.
The about us page defines the site’s name, and lists “harmony” as a state of being harmonious, and “partners” as Associate – one person with another. So putting those two words together means harmonious meeting of people which is not all bad. But if you are looking for a 100% Christian site, you may want to look closely and make sure it’s in line with your beliefs before joining.
Rating – It’s a good site and worthwhile site, but lacks the frills of other sites
